I'm having problems with nero 7 and were its saving my temp files.?
I used to be able to burn dvd's (for players,not data). Now I'll start to burn a dvd get half thru and my computer COMPLETLY shuts down (ruining the process of course). Heres the BIG problem, everytime I'm burning and it shuts down it uses 4-5 gbs of memory, well when I turn my computer on I'm missing the gigs, so I need to know where Nero creates the files, because even though I've now uninstalled it, I'm still missing my 4 gigs (almost like theres some random file just sitting on my computer).I need to know where these files are stored.

When the computer stops responding or shuts down suddenly it can create "dump files". Do a search for files named *.dmp and delete them.
