My goggles Fog up insanely bad when I snowboard, How can I stop this?

I have heard everything, Here is what I know so far. Anti fog spray is crap anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. Through paintball and snowboarding and top end goggles anti fog doesn't work. When I play paintball it isn't a huge problem, I sweat and I get very hot when I do extreme physical activities, I understand the condensation of my sweat on my goggles is what I am seeing. In paintball I just breath through my nose and carry a rag, it works okay there. The real problem is when My goggles fog while I am boarding and the condensation freezes. Now they are garbage. They are high end Anon goggles, I have a cheaper pair of oaklies and both do the same thing. I dress to accommodate, so I don't get TO hot but I know my body is putting off a ton of heat. These are things I can not change. What I am asking is, does anyone know of a fix? or a super expensive pair of high tech super goggles made only for navy seals and the president? I have tried wearing them on my neck and on top of my head, the real problem is when they are on my face. I mean they start fogging up halfway through a run and if its a long run I have to take em off before I reach the bottom. My build is athletic, 150 and 5'9 I am not overweight and I am in fairly good physical condition. So being a fat sweaty monster is not my problem I am 24. Thanks.

I had this same problem when i board. I use to wear the oaklies polarized A frame goggles. I paid 160 for them and they sucked. I wear a bandanna when i ride and my breath is always going into my goggles and use to always cause fog problems. I just went out and bought the new scott fix goggles and i have had no fog problems whats so ever sense i got them. They are also the most comfortable goggles i have ever worn. They were only 100 and they are great goggles. I'm also you body size and i do sweat a little bit. So id say to look around your local ski dealer ships and talk to them about the goggles. If you live in the north east of MA i'd suggest going to Zimmerman's. They have great gear for good prices. So just look around and you don't always have to go with the most expensive gear to get the best quality. So good luck finding good goggles dude. practically

    Anti Fog Snowboard Goggles

Are you wearing a really warm hat? Or a really warm helmet? That could be a problem. I sweat a lot when I'm playing paintball because I move a lot. I put the money in for a really good mask, and it solved my problems. For snowboarding, I use the Anon Realm goggle. I love that goggle, no problems with fogging. One thing you might be doing is rubbing off the anti-fog. If the inside of a Lens is wet, you can NOT wipe it. If you do, you will wipe off the anti-fog. I know what you mean about the anti-fog spray. It really doesn't help that much. Also, make sure that your goggles aren't too tight. Loosen the strap a little.

I know exactly what you need and they are not to expensive either. They are called Smith Turbo Fan goggles give it a google I'm sure they will help. They have an inbuilt micro fan that helps ventilate and can be changed from low to high speed.
