Should I trade a Zeus for a Schwinn Paramount?

I have a 1972 zeus racing bike and I am completely torn between keeping it or trading it for a 1989 Schwinn Paramount that has full Suntour GPX components wich is equal to shimano 600 ultegra. The Zeus doesn't fit me but the Paramount will. Should I keep the Zeus or Trade it for the Paramount.

Update:

My Zeus is a 1972 Zeus I think it is a SuperCronos but I am not sure. It is fitted with half Campy half Zeus 2000/2001 It does not fit me. I found a 1989 Schwinn Paramount Design 754 with Suntour GPX, this would fit me good. Should I trade or would I be ripped off? And if so any suggestions as to what I can do? I need a good bike that will fit and I don't have money to buy a new one. Please don't Suggest craigslist/ Ebay. I have tried already. What should I do?

I see that few know what a Zeus is....

    Which model Zeus??

If it is equipped with Zeus Criterium or 2000 components, KEEP IT (or email me, I'd like to buy it-maybe). If it has Zeus Alfa, Gran Sport, or non-Zeus components then I would consider it if the Paramount was in excellent shape but would still lean towards the Zeus.

I'd sell the Zeus to finance this or another bike. The 754 is a PDG (Paramount Design Group) bike, but not a Paramount. It is an aluminum frame built under a license from Klein. I would think the Zeus would have more value (especially parted out).

I would trade a bike that doesn't fit for a newer one that does. Sounds like a good deal, the Paramount probably doesn't fit the other person either so you both would be better off.

Sure. I would IF: it is in decent order. Take it for a ride then decide. If you already have and like its running order do it. Go for it. Gt is a fine brand. Suntour also makes good components Hope this helps

dunno what a zeus is, but a waterford-made [american ] paramount is something to keep

    quite valuable

if it fits and the other one doesn;t - go for it

    what is a zeus?

    wle.
