Bodily Injury Question about Insurance!?
If I have a bodily injury coverage on my auto insurance, (100/300) and I am involved in an accident that both drivers (me and the other driver) are found guilty or at fault. Does my insurance cover my medical bills or not?

No, your insurance company will not cover your medical bills. However, depending on what state you are in, the other party's insurance company may cover the percentage of your medical bills that he/she was found to be at fault. So if you were both 50% at fault, you could request reimbursement of 50% of your medical bills from the other party's insurance. If they were 20% at fault... you can recover 20%, so on and so forth.
Check with your insurance company to see what the laws are in your state. Some states allow you to recover whatever percentage you are not at fault, others will not allow you to recover if you are even 1% at fault for the accident, some only allow you to recover if you are less than 50% or 51% at fault.

Not if that is the only coverage that you have. The coverage that you mention "bodily injury coverage on my auto insurance, (100/300)" is only for your liability to what injuries suffered by the other driver, passengers, pedestrians, etc. It does cover injuries suffered by you, regardless of liability.
