you'd have to check with your local grocers, some offer on line and delivery, some don't
it's been my experience that the on line grocery sites are a nightmare
peapod is very expensive and not available everywhere
other ones (local) that have on line ordering/delivery/shipping etc have rinky dink web sites, not listing all the products, or it's a mish mash of trying to find them.
i don't know what kind of groceries you want, things from the other side of the planet or across town.
you could also hire a personal shopper (i've been one). if you know what you want, then give them the list and they shop and deliver. prices range from 10-15 dollars an hour. unless you REALLY trust them, get a gift card set for a certain amount thru one of your credit cards, that way you can keep track of what is spent on line.
some local stores will also pull an order for you, you pay over the phone, and then get your personal shopper to go pick up.

There are several I use depending on what kind of items Im purchasing. And how much Im purchasing, as only some offer free shipping, and most only over a certain amount.
I started here, with this website. It has a good reference guide and links to affordable places to buy online.
