About 99% of all composers alive or dead would have been Christened as 'Christian'.
Who is Fanny Crosby? Not a classical composer, I'll wager.

If you're talking about hymn writers and stories behind their lives, these are two good online sources:
http://www.cyberhymnal.org/ (browse to any hymn, such as Amazing Grace, and click on the name of the author or songwriter to view a bio.)
http://www.hymnary.org/ (click on the "People" tab)
Fanny Crosby was a poet and wrote the lyrics to many hymns. She was not a Christian "composer" per se, as "composer" generally refers to one who writes music. Notable Classical Christian composers were G. F. Handel and J. S. Bach. For more information, a valuable resource is the book "The Gift of Music" by Jane Stuart Smith and Betty Carlson. It has chapters on many different Christian composers with details on their music.

Fanny Crosby, according to Wikipedia, was not a composer.
"Frances Jane Crosby (March 24 1820 – February 12 1915) usually known as Fanny Crosby, was an American lyricist best known for her Protestant Christian hymns."
Writing texts is not composing music. Ms. Crosby was a lyricist, a writer of words, not a composer.
best regards.

Just Google 'Christian composers' you are in the classical section. To that end look at the Baroque masters. They were all in the employ of the church.
