Can someone tell me where under the hood I could find the horn for a 1994 Buick Century? It is not working.?

    The horn(s) on most cars are mounted up front behind the grill beside the radiator.

    not under the hood, jack up the front of the car, pull plastic covering loose just in front of the front tire right in back of the front bumper of the car, check both sides as it's under either the right or left side.

    I would say that its most likely the horn relay if it does not work at all, Do you have the owners manual? check in it for the fuses, it should show where the relay is located,
