My kitchen ceiling artex is starting to bubble?
What is causing this and how do I stop it?
Thx
The artex has been there for 20 odd years. One bubble was slightly damp, the other dry.Not sure if its to do with the condensation building up or not.

usually it's poor application (applied over oily surface), or moisture, added to the normal expanding and shrinking of your home in different seasons. You can't stop it without figuring out what is causing it, it could be a leak or lack of insulation in the roof over the ceiling- fix it. You could try injecting glue into the bubbles and re-sticking them, but that seems extreme. It's like saying 'my paint is peeling- how can I make it stop?'

all over or just over your stove? heat could do it...get a bigger vented hood or change the filter?
