In Texas Hold'em, when heads up, who is big blind?

Your playing texas hold'em and you are down to just 2 people at the table. clearly both players are in the blinds each hand, but does the dealer have big or small blind?

The player on the Dealer Button is the Big Blind

In heads-up play the dealer (or player with the dealer button) is always the small blind, the other player posts the big blind.

Pre-flop, the SB acts first as usual. On the flop, and all subsequent betting rounds, the player who posted the BB acts first.
