Where can I find instructions for removing the tensioner on a 93 Grand Voyager, 3.3 illustrated, free?

I have a 1993 Grand Voyager, with the 3.3 L v6, and need to get the tensioner off, but, need to see a diagram or some kind of illustrations. I cannot afford to pay for the illustrations, (such as at the repair manual sites,) so, anybody who can help, I appreciate it.

Well Chuck, maybe I can help. I have changed so many tensioners an these engines till it ain't funny. The tension-er is bolted through the front timing cover part that extends past the front side of the engine. The nut that holds it on is on the back side. The best way that I have found to take it off is to use a long extension with a universal joint and a 15 mm socket and remove the nut from underneath the car. When you install the new one, it has a notch on it that index itself in the cover to keep it from turning on the cover. Make sure you tighten the nut with the notch properly in it's hole.

blunders code 12 potential "no ignition reference pulses gained by potential of the ECM." This, of direction, is what you're able to be getting with the engine not working. fifty 5 potential "end of codes". If it is all you get, then you have not have been given any "blunders" codes. in accordance with diverse the different indications you describe, you have a blocked catalytic converter, or another blockage interior the exhaust device. The decrease back tension will decrease the means to 0 and it will die. you may verify by potential of disconnecting the exhaust quickly and spot if means returns. (do not do it after 10 o'clock at night or you will annoy the associates.) if so, it's time for a visit to the close by muffler save, and it will lighten your wallet notably. do not even think of roughly only removing the catalytic converters, in case you do the O2 sensors won't deliver the final alerts to the pc, and you will have a run prosperous/adverse gas subject.

Try autozone. They can probably get a diagram for you, otherwise your parts store may be willing to loan you a manual. Good luck.
