i personally wouldnt risk it, while ingredients in lip products are edible(to a point; like, it wont harm your health to swallow some lipgloss from your lips) they are not usually safe for eyes.

i would try buying liners from NYC, a line they sell at Target/Walmart for 99 cents each. all come with a black and pretty much whatever any other color you want!
