Socialized medicine is going broke in socialist countries that don't have the diversity we have.
Add to the list how violent, overweight and unhealthy we are, health care costs could overtake military spending!

same thing happened with germany too, and look how THEY ended up. and for all the people who are going to get mad at me for this, I'm not saying Obama is the next Hitler. but, the situations are surprisingly simmilar in a lot of ways
