No. Shes an alright singer, I like her in the song Knockout by Lil Wayne. As for rapper, no. She doesn't rap she talks with a steady flow.

As for my opinion on her personally I think shes a dirty coke whore (given that she's too expensive to be a crack whore) and she's the female version of Lil Wayne, meaning Lil Wayne wishes he could f*ck every girl in the world, Nicki wishes she could f*ck every guy in the world.
