Weird dream about alien infection?

I had a really weird dream last night. Can you tell me what you think it might mean? I've searched all over the internet for what it could mean, but I couldn't find anything.

I was walking through my house and I discovered that our house was overwhelmed by these "ice-alien" things. They were about twice the size of a grape fruit and they loved the cold and if you got them hot they'd melt and die. I ran to my room and grabbed my hair dryer and was killing them by heating them up with it. I noticed that one of the ice monsters left behind these tiny crystal things behind after I killed it and for some reason I just picked it up and ate it (like an idiot). After that, I decided that I should probably go tell my dad what was going on. I ran to the church (my dad's a pastor, we live in a parsonage, so I can just run over to the church) and I was going to tell him, but he was in the middle of a sermon and wouldn't listen to me. I looked at the people and I noticed that one man poked at a woman sitting next to him (probably his wife) and patted his stomach. She just nodded her head and continued to watch the sermon.

Suddenly a mini version of the man exploded from his stomach spewing... stuff.... everywhere. People were running and screaming out of the building. I suddenly became very scared. I felt my own stomach and noticed that it had a little bit of a bulge. I had to get help fast. I ran back to the house and told my mom, but all she seemed to be saying was that she was really upset that my X-boyfriend got me pregnant and that I shouldn't panic because I'm just in labor (this is strange, because I'm not sexually active at all). I then realized that I was probably going to die, so I called my x-boyfriend (whom I still like quite a bit) and asked him to come over. He came in almost no time, believing every word of what I had said about the aliens. By that time my stomach was quite bulged. I felt heavy. My mom got in the car with me and my x-boyfriend and he pointed us to the nearest hospital. My mom accidentally passed it up, but we didn't have enough time to turn around, so we all got out of the car and started running. I felt like I was going super slow. I begged my x-boyfriend to carry me because I couldn't run and he picked me up and cradled me in his arms. My face was so close to his and I could see his face so clearly. I almost wanted to believe that the dream was real at that point. I asked him to kiss me since I was about to die (since while we were going out, I never got the chance to kiss him. I've never kissed anyone before), but he said, "Good things come to those who wait," and kept running.

When I got to the hospital they ran me into an ultrasound and tried to tell me that I was not pregnant because there was nothing in my uterus, but I pointed at the ultrasound and showed them that there was something behind all my organs, than. The put the ultrasound on my back and saw it.

I went into surgery and they removed it and killed it. I only sustained minor injuries. I didn't see my X after that. I just returned home and killed the rest of the aliens with my hair dryer.

Also, as for my X, we broke up because my dad found out something about him and forced us to break up. We actually liked each other quite a bit and still kinda do.
