I dont think you would from a cordless phone but be careful with any electrical device around water. If you unplug your tv from the wall then drop it in a tub of water with you it could still electrocute you even unplugged. Capacitors inside still hold very high electrical charges after the set is unplugged. As others have said it also would be very bad for the phone anyway.
If youre going to use a cordless phone while soaking I believe there are waterproof models made just for that.

not any more so than if you drop 2 AA batteries in the tub with you... so no, there is not sufficient power in a cordless phone's batteries to produce enough current to electrocute you...
it will however ruin the phone...

I guess not because the power coming from the battery of the phone is very low.
