They are a little to nice and its kinda weird. We just got one where I live not that long ago.

That is actually part of Best Buy's business model. The sales reps do not work for commission like many others do at competing stores. My friend worked for Best Buy and said he had to go through a 2day course for How to Treat a Customer

Well, anytime you work in retail, you have to try and treat your customers with respect. Sometimes that's not always the case.
You have a good best buy where you're at. The best buy closest to me, there's a lot of morons working at that place. A lot of the employees at that best buy talk to their customers like they're a bunch of idiots who've never seen a computer before.
