sign in under a different user account. like a trial one or a buddy of yours that has xbox live too.

you dont deserve to be able to, I would probably bet you have pirated games or whatever and therefore been banned for it, so you shouldnt be allowed to update your games, you should be forced to buy a new system

it is not our business anyway so why do we need to answer this question...and most of all it is the fault of yours...surely you have done something wrong or illegal so your xbox260 has been banned. you must pay what you have done.
