How many mean spirited people does it take to change a light bulb?

I don't have any idea, I'm just curious. I think about these kinds of issues often and seek your help in finding the correct answer....please, no wrong answers allowed.

    I would answer this but I don't know how many people work for the US Government.

    The people keep telling them how. but they refuse to Liston. But they do have the idea

    they know they have to screw something.

    It varies from person to person and you can not generalize it. Personally I would like light than darkness.
