hi ,
your only 16 years old , so you have a lifetime in front of you . Start to eat sensibly and exercise, if exercise is difficult at the moment take your time and do what you can . olympic athletes had to start somewhere , and people with good bodies in the magazines had to start somewhere.
take your time on the exercise and concentrate on your diet, fresh fruit and veg , white meats , fish ,and plenty of water roughly about 2ltrs a day .
don't cheat throughout the day because the rewards are better than anything you can eat when you get on the scales and you have lost lb after lb .
when you have lost a little weight the exercising will become easier for you and that's when you will see bigger changes in your body......
keep going and YOU WILL GET THERE it takes time but stay committed and watch your life get better and your confidence start to boom , but remember you wont do it in 1 week so keep going..
good luck

There is no easy and quick way to trim up, dear, you have to get on those walking shoes and get out and have a brisk 30-minute walk every day. You will see results within a couple of weeks provided you eat sensibly, watch your carb portion sizes, go off the junk food and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg.
Take the folic acid and omegas, but don't take those stupid diet pills. Very very bad for you, all you lose is water, not fat.
Being fit and healthy is a lifestyle choice that requires discipline, but if you can get into bad habits, you can also get into good habits.

Folic acid amd omega oils do not contribute to weight loss and there is no such thing as a fat burning pill.
Do you see the box near the top of the page?
The one labelled 'Search for questions: '?
Well type in 'lose weight'.
You will find over 23,000 pre-existing questions.
Try the misspellings 'loose weight' and there are another 6,500.
In all there are over 70,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 420,000 answers.
I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:
EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???

Cut out the rubbish and eat good wholesome food.
No crisps cakes biscuits or alcohol.
Plenty of veg, fish, meat, eggs, salads and anything that doesnt come out of a packet.
Exercise as much as you can, it works wonders, even a walk will do (faster the better) vacuum the house, run up and down stairs, doesnt have to cost to move around.
You will see results really quickly if you do this.
Forget pills and fad diets.
Good luck

well i know some people that take fat burning pills BUT there not all ways good for your body. that's up to you though normally you should go see your doctor and ask if he/she can make you up a diet plan. to be honest dieting is hard when you first start out because normally people are used to eating what they fancy and not what you are hungry for. you have to teach yourself to choose between hunger and fancy. NEVER starve your self because when you do eat some thing a lil bit bad for your ( treat me item of food) your body will grab on to it like theres no tomorrow and put the weight you lost right back on Again. try to aim for some thing like 2 pounds a week or some thing like that. nuthing to extream mind you because it gets to hard to stick to the diet. work out between 2-3 times a weeks as to give your body some time to recover and so it does not get to much for you to stick to. remeber never set an impossible aim set smaller targets and feel better when you beat them......hope this helps o annd all so remebr .... spend a lil and you eat a lil, spend allot and you eat allot

I don't think diet is a good idea. I think you should just try eating healthier and exercising. Drink lots of water! It's good for you, great for your skin, gives you energy and fills you up so you will be less inclined to snack :) hope this helps

The best way i found was to forget about my "fat" and exercise every time i had a chance. When your in that state of mind you'll find that life is way better, even if you do not loose much. There is nothing worst then trying to hard to get something. That the good way to get a "nerve break down".You have to find a way to feel good in your skin first.

Don't focus on pills or anything, just try to eat healthy and exercise. Eat lean meat/protein, fruit, and vegetables. NO junk food at all, and try not to eat starches. Exercise every day.

work out. you dont need to over do it just maybe 3 times a week for an hour.. and watch what you eat. there is no magical pill.. it requires effort.
