What's Sobrecuota? AeroMexico charge?
My AeroMexico ticket price breaks down like this:
1 Adulto $1,660.00
Impuestos $846.05
Sobrecuota $624.36
TOTAL $3,130.41 MXN
I understand what the cost of the ticket is and the taxes but what is Sobrecuota? Google translate says "overquota" but I still don't know what that is.

It looks like you are paying in pesos, so i am going to assume you are in Mexico.
When in doubt, call Aeromexico directly. Here is the page on their web site that has the toll free phone numbers for within Mexico:
