My bank hasn't asked for my ID in years. I use the same branch and the same teller every trip.
All you can do is try.
Also consider taking in your bank statement and talking to a manager; but I'd fix my ID problem first.

My account was just compromised by someone professing to be me and withdrawing cash without ID....and I bank with Chase. I can not imagine a bank allowing withdrawels without proper id.

There will be withdrawal slips at the bank. You need to take an ID proof along with you. Fill out the withdrawal form and hand it over to the teller, the teller will give you the money.

I don't think that's possible, as the bank would likely require some type of identification for security purposes. You can have a new bank card express mailed to you.
