Rondo; he's already outplayed Rose on several occasions - including the 2009 playoff series where he was a rebound away from averaging a triple-double I believe. Rondo doesn't need to be a source of major offensive contributions for the Celtics in terms of scoring but he's also well-capable of doing so. He's also one of the top perimeter defenders in the NBA at such a young age.
Rose is a great floor general for his age, but has consistency issues from time to time; though I fully expect him in the coming years to be - along with Rajon Rondo one of the top PG's in the NBA. Just right now, I'm giving the nod to Rondo.

Rondo 24/7

They are similar. Rose has better FT% but Rondo will get a few more Assists and steals.
Rose is still learning the league while rondo has had good chemistry with celtics for a while now.
They both don't shoot 3s.
If I was forced? Rondo.

Great question. As a Bulls fan, I want to say Rose, but I have to give it to Rondo. He is single handedly propping up the Celtics with Garnett out. He is quicker, smarter, and an overall better basketball player.
