yahoo Answers is a privately owned site & allows the public to use it only after they agree to abide by guidelines & terms of Service.
If you are not staying within those guidelines you agreed to you will be reported. racism or discrimination is definitely not allowed. So how you are stating your questions using terms such as Mexican & Polish must be in a discriminatory way if they are not being allowed*

sure you can use terms like Mexican or Polish... It's just when you use them in an insulting way that your question/answer is in violation... Could it be that your "funny non-pc answers" aren't really that funny, but rather are insulting to someone??? just a guess... Not sure what "pc" has in common with "sex questions"...sort of comparing apples and oranges, I suspect...
And while Yahoo! Answers may be open to the public, it is owned privately by Yahoo, so they can make what ever rules they want to protect members from insulting other members... Obviously, there are many mistaken ideas about what the Constitution has to say about "free speech"...The sort of "free speech" guaranteed by the Constitution does not mean that privately owned publications have to publish everything/anything you say.... If you are concerned about "free speech", feel free to go to your local corner and yell out what ever you like, as long it is not slanderous, etc.... Or publish your own web site, etc... But the Constitution does not give one the right to say what ever one wants in every circumstance... For example, it is illegal to yell "fire" in a movie theater unless there really is a fire/a real danger..... You also can't slander or libel someone in the name of "free speech", etc...

There are rules and guidelines. Your choice is to abide by them or be reported. This is a private site and you promised to conform when you joined

because people today are over sensitive and afraid to just say it as it is, and if i'm not mistaken, we are protected by the constitution to say what ever the h*ll we want. so keep it up
