what does it mean to be based. have seen it on myspace as a mood and i am guessing its a sort of drug?

    do you mean "biased"? if not, then "based" sounds like a slang term for sober, not drugged or high.

    Source(s): "biased" just means showing favor for something based on your own beliefs or experiences (not necessarily religious beliefs, though)
