What's best at Subway: 6 inch whole wheat or flatbread?

I try to steer away from bread, though there are times when I don't have a choice (that's not to say salads are out of the question). I would think between the choices above, that a flatbread has less calories than a 6-in. sub? Am I right?

    i would get the 6 inch whole wheat it fills you up more and it's healthier. they have about an equal amount of calories the flat bread is just flattened down to mae it look like it's less calories when it has a lot in it.

    I did a little googling for you, it looks like the 6 inch whole wheat and the italian white are the best breads for you, much tastier and better for you then flatbread for sure :)

    My son, who works at Subway, says the 6 inch whole weat is better for you. I know it has less fat grams than the flatbread.

    It is said for dieters whole wheat is a whole food, filing , fiber and low calorie. and it helps burn off the carbs and fat.. WHOLE WHEAT IS THE WINNER.
