issuses with car any help?

so i have a ford escort and live in MN it is cold and one day my car didnt start yet it would trun over fast enough to where it should be able to start.

also my battery light kept going off and on i put it on charger it still did it but after a day of driving it unexpectingly shut off is my battery still good or is it bad?

    do you have a voltmeter or DMM? if you do measure the voltage by connecting both leads to the battery .if the reading is below 12.6 you might have a problem. you can also do a starter draw test to make sure the starter is getting the right amount of amperage. either way. or take it to a mechanic and have them test it real quick .really cheap sometimes free
