Is it true that Iranian Shias are Iranian Nationalists first and Muslim second?

Look, you yourself mentioned them as IRANIAN Shias, so it goes for all of us Indian Muslims. Pakistani Muslims. American Muslims and so on. It does not mean we are not Muslims.

The whole world is counting on the Nationality and their identity is based on the country they come from their respective passport.

Well, to your question it is unfortunate if some one say that he is Shia or Sunni instead of telling Islam, when asked about his faith.

I remember when I was in Saudi Arabia the local Arabs call me HINDI as they know that I am from India and Muslim by faith.

I see and understand your question. God is in charge. One of the 10 commandments has to do with using the name of the LORD in vain. Isaiah 1:15 says "Even though you make many prayers,I am not listening ; with bloodshed your very hands have become filled".

If you want prayers to be heard from God you need to meet some of His requirements.

The word of God says: If you will receive my sayings and treasure up my own commandments with yourself, so as to pay attention to wisdom with your ear, that you may incline your heart to discernment; if, moreover, you call out for understanding itself and you give forth your voice for discernment itself, if you keep seeking for it as for silver, and as for hid treasures you keep searching for it, in that case you will understand the fear of Jehovah, and you will find the very knowledge of God. For Jehovah himself gives wisdom; out of his mouth there are knowledge and discernment. And for the upright ones he will treasure up practical wisdom; for those walking in integrity he is a shield, by observing the paths of judgment, and he will guard the very way of his loyal ones. In that case you will understand righteousness and judgment and uprightness, the entire course of what is good. When wisdom enters into your heart and knowledge itself becomes pleasant to your very soul, thinking ability itself will keep guard over you, discernment itself will safeguard you, to deliver you.
