Will Wii games bought in the UK work in the US?
Or do they only play in UK Wii units? Also will a UK Wii game work in the US as far as the signal goes? I know power from 220 to 110 is a deal.
I have a UK Wii in the UK but wondered about PAL, NTSC or if the unit had a setting for that.

no because it has a PAL tv format so it will come up either
a. messed up
b. black and white
and the ones that work on the wii is NTSC or NTSC-J (japanease)
so in order to play UK Wii games you must have a UK wii

Yes, they should; all the Wiis and the games come from one place. The only difference you may notice is some of the words may be spelled differently(o->ou).
