under the eyes and along the cheekbones, you need some definition where the hollows of the eyes are, especially at the corner of the eyes near the bridge of the nose, definite shading is needed. add a few strokes of light to her lips, as if they were just catching the light, may i also suggest a small earring. i believe it will add a lot of character, but something small, maybe just a small silver stud with a red stone? good luck! BTW you have talent! you just need to pay attention to details (not a criticism just wanting to help:)...)
