    At different times? No problem.

At the same time? High-current appliances (e.g., microwave oven or electric kettle) have the potential to put electrical noise onto the power line, and an electronic device plugged into the same outlet potentially could be vulnerable to "spikes" and "surges" and etc. caused by the appliance. Most modern laptop power supplies are pretty robust, but if you really want to play it safe, you might want to put a surge protector in-between the laptop and the other devices.

Electrical circuits in houses usually have GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) circuits for safety in the kitchen and bath. Using a laptop at the same time as a kettle or microwave would blow the circuit breaker most likely, since laptops and appliances would overload a circuit and that would be a nuisance. Using a separate plug in the kitchen would be safer.

Yes. What comes out of any electrical socket in your home is the same. The only difference with different circuits is the amount of current you can draw before tripping the fuse for that circuit. Your laptop converts ac mains at 240V into dc at about 12V.
