No sound on my laptop...Not muted PLEASE HELP!?
The sound on my laptop is not working when using the internet. ...No, its not muted anywhere becuase when I play a movie or play my sims game the sound does work but I can not adjust the volume at all. But if I got to say youtube there is no sound at all. I am CLUELESS as to what this means and really need to figure this out so please help me if you can think of something that may work?!?!?!

Try system restore...my computer had the same problem and system restore fixed the problem.
