I think the mentality of trying to lose weight fast will only get you in trouble, but the only diet pill I've ever tried that I had some results with, was the free 2 week sample of Alli and I can tell you that it worked for me. Actually I lost 7lbs during that time. The only down side to taking it was the fact that it gave me diarrhea for the first few days until I cut back on my fat intake, then every thing was fine.
I'm glad that I only tried the sample 'cause I've heard of people having lots of intestinal problems, I'd recommend you try and get a sample somewhere first. I'm not sure if there are any more available but you can try http://www.freesamplesfromheaven.com/alli-orlistat...
Good luck and be healthy :)

Diet pills are sugar pills or caffeine pills- over the counter. They are not good and way overpriced for what they really are.
You should look at diet magazines and cookbooks. You should scope out what foods make you feel the fullest with the least calories and fat. Change in lifestyle is difficult. It takes time and you have to be committed. Don't give up. Vary your workouts so that you don't get bored and worse plateau. You need to challenge yourself. It's good to change up your workout about every 6 to 8 weeks.
Drink more water. It's important to stay hydrated. Focus on other things. As a former coworker said to me that you have to be used to being always a little bit hungrier than you are used to in order to keep the weight off. I think she's right. She's slim. I've never been overweight but I've been heavier than I am now. I keep the weight off by exercising and hardly snacking. It requires discipline and a high level of commitment. I know if I have gained a pound and it's probably due to working out that I'm highly aware of it.

The diet is too much to handle becaue you're making yourself uncomfortable. If you make yourself uncomfortable with dramatic lifestyle changes, you wont stick with it. I think what will work best for you is one or two small changes at a time. That is how a lot of people do it. My mom used to be big as the side of the house and she started with small changes. First she gave up candy bars and after a week or so she gave up cheese burgers then after another week or so she started walking a little bit.... and just gradually keep adding those small changes. Shes fit now.
I think you could benefit a lot with some nutrition or fitness coaching. Most people need that because they want to change and have all the drive to do it and stick with it, but just don't know what to do or how to start.
Small changes make all the difference. I don't know what you do all day but one small change could be to just start taking stairs instead of an elevator... or if you have whole milk with your cearal, switch to skim or 2% just things like that. Or, if you eat breakfast as school, instead of having the biscuits and gravy, have fruit and oatmeal or whatever else is available that's a better choice. Or stop having ketchup with your French fries (its all sugar). It really does work.
I've spent lots of money on diet clinics and stuff that use drugs or put you on a really strict diet and the results never lasted because it was just too dramatic and I went back to the same bad habits. The only things that ever let to lasting resuts was the small changes that I stuck with... like parking far away from buildings and walking through the parking lot rather than parking as close to the door as I could... I've even joined extreme fitness classes like crossifr and never stayed with them because it was just too much all at once.
One thing you can do that you wont really notice is don't eat everything on your plate... leave like 20% of it. At the end of the month, all that food really adds up.

Let's begin from...quote...'My main problem is that I love food and I'm always hungry and sometimes I cannot control that.'
Well the simplest thing to do is drink a lot of water because most of the hunger results from loss of water in the body. When the human body lacks water it send a message to the brain which we translate it as hunger.
Eating a lot of fresh fruit is the second best way to fill your stomach so as not to feel hungry, and by so doing you'll be having vital vitanimes too.
The you mentioned the gym which is ever so good to work out.
In my opinion I would stay away as much as I can from diet pills.
So that's my simple opinion to you.
Regards.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Alli is the new "best" diet pill out there supposedly. I don't use diet pills, but I know two people who take Alli and they swear its a miracle pill. I have to admit too, they lost quite a bit of weight.

Trust me, there is NO diet pill that will curb your appetite. They don't work. Waste of money. You will end up putting on weight.
Just drink lots and lots of water (always have a bottle with you).
Have snacks like jelly, celery, veggies and fruits in the fridge.
Know what your inspiration and goals are.
