Htc hero sync to windows xp please help thanks for all your help in advance?
everytime i try to sync the htc hero with the software
i get this error
I get the error "unable to create device manager instance" when it starts up, and it won't connect to my hero. Any ideas?

let me think I have one and did it about 3 weeks ago. the sync is very hard, you have to either have outlook express and address book. if you do not have any of those programs just plug in the hero via usb cable then at the top of your hero the notification bar at the top you have to slide it down so it can open then mount the sd card. once you do that a folder will open open with everything on your phone. just drag pics, music or videos to the right folders and you are done.
