Is it true that salah won't be kabool if i have long nails?!??!?

No No, You have not wasted your time. and time is Allah (swt) so don't say that please. :)

1. You didn't know, so InshAllah all your prayers accepted because you weren't aware.

2. You should cut your nails short.

3. You should not go without cutting your nails more than 40 days.

4. No, It is not haram but you are recommended to do so.

ok, long nails as in acrylic tips, or just long natural nails?? also, like the other sister said, when you do something unknowingly how can you be blamed, you didnt know. and i didnt know about the 40 days either, that is interesting, but anyhow, also, you can wear nailpolish on fingers and toes, but remember to make wudu your nails have to be clean and pure with no polish. so you must remove that before wudu. i thot i would mention just in case you wear polish and do it without removing first. i know some girls like to enjoy polish when on their menses since they are not praying anyhow... and also the most important, asking advice is one thing.... but pleeeeeeese... never let another human being equal to you tell you your prayers didnt or dont count because you did or didnt perform an act that you didnt know about. Allah knows all, our intentions and our hearts. always remember that. peace and love. Alhumdlilah......
