    Partially.

It was invented in large part to handle concepts for which there aren't words in everyday language - the same as with any other specialist trade.

More accurate to say it was invented *by* the educated elite - who at the time knew Latin and Greek, and drew on those languages to coin scientific terminology.

It was not invented for the elite per se, it was invented for precision; but because the words *are* different from everyday language, uneducated people wouldn't know what they mean, so in practice they are only used by the elite.

Ya the language is the main usage for the people communicaed with others.

but now a days a scientif and technical developments were more effictive with their language skills. but its not usefull to the normal people.

Complex scientific concepts need specific names or scientific discourse would be a shower of longwinded waffle. All specialities will involve terms not familiar to someone who hasn't taken the trouble to get their head around it.

Largely, because most of the scientists who use such terms are educated. If science were based around the language of uneducated laymen, it probably wouldn't get very far.
