had that its just something on the shiny part of the disk like a smudge or a lil dot you can try rubbing it off with a very soft cloth

That happened to me on FIFA 10.

    How to fix it:

    1. Take the disk out and turn the power off.

    2. clean the disk with a soft cloth (not wet).

    3. turn the power on and put the disk inside. Then it should work.

    4.FINSHED.

If it doesn't work take all the wires of and put it on again.

1st remove the disk-2nd switch off very thing and than on

if the thing is not corrected than some important files pertainging to display maybe correcpted, hence you have to load again.
