Water on dipstick, milky looking oil on dipstick only?

I've got water all over the dipstick, milky looking oil on dipstick, but when I change oil there is no sign of water in oil filter or in oil pan. Its not overheating not burning oil.Is it possible it could be condensation and not a blown head gasket?

You answered your own question. It is condensation. Replace the pcv valve and your good to go. Good luck.

Most likely condensation IF you are really sure there is no water in the engine oil. As other posters said, check PCV valve and that dipstick is fitting snug.

What does the water look like? I am sensing the beginning stages of a headgasket leak.
