Anna Celeste
Anna is such a simple, classic, beautiful and feminine name (with no pronunciation issues!). Celeste is an under-used name in my opinion, I think it's light, fresh, beautiful and has a romantic feel to it. This combination flows superbly and ages extremely well.
I dislike Cara due to pronunciation - I pronounce it CAR-uh, but so many people say CARE-uh, so I'd constantly be correcting them and that would drive me insane. I do like Josephine though - Josie is such a gorgeous nickname.
So, Anna Celeste :)

Honestly, I like both. It looks like Anna Celeste is winning right now, but I'm going to lean a little more towards Cara Josephine.

I'm with those who think that Anna Josephine is the prettiest possible combo of these four...
but since I have to pick I'll go with Anna Celeste.

I prefer Anna Celeste. It's a gorgeous, light and feminine combination.
Cara always annoys me to an extent because some people pronounce it CARE-uh and some CAR-uh. It also means face in spanish (it's pronounced the second way in spanish). I actually prefer CARE-uh though, but Ciara is more of a favorite of mine (KEER-uh).
Josephine is just okay for me. It's definitely my style, but I've just never loved it. It just seems a touch harsh to me. As far as male conversions to female names, I prefer Pauline or Paulina.
Anna Celeste - 9/10
Cara Josephine - 6.5/10
