    1) You probably shouldn't order contacts off of amazon

    2) MAKE SURE that they are in SEALED cases! If they've been opened/been in someone else's eyes your eyes could get infected

    3) If #2 checks out, you should be fine, I don't believe you'll go blind, but don't wear them longer than you're supposed to or your eyes could get infected...if they are hard lenses you can wear them for about a year, if they're soft you can wear them 2-3 weeks, or 30 days if your eyes don't build up to much protein

Source(s): Never had colored contacts, but I've been wearing regular ones for like 8 years...my dad said the thing about protein

    Color Contacts Must-Knows:

Please do not wear them to sleep. Also the first time you wear them it'll feel weird, it's completely normal. Also after a few seconds from putting them in you may get teary-eyed. That is also completely normal. If your contacts did not come with any special liquids to keep the contacts clean and from drying I would suggest you buy some. You cannot just use any kind of liquid or liquids. The type of liquid I use-- I've had my contacts for over a year!! Niiice... Also mostly all the types of special liquids they sell for contacts: you are supposed to refill the contacts' case with the liquid. :) Gosh...Liquid Liquid Liquid...

Also, once atleast evry week you should check in the contacts' case if the contacts are not placed wrong or one of them is stuck to itself.

When putting in your contacts make sure your fingers are clean or else you'll get dust or sometjing in your eye...owwie!! Ok, back to the liquid...sorry... when putting the contact into your eye you may want to put a drop of the liquid onto the contact...because the contacts can dry really fast if you don't put it in your eye fast enough.

Anyways, keep your hair out of your face when putting them in or eles (ha) hair will go with it.

    XD (so long but easy)...

Please check what liquids would go well with your contacts because I think it's certain kinds...I don't know. Sorry, I would do it but I'm on my iTouch...

    Hope this helps!! Good Luck

    ~ ;)

ps. check if they haven't been worn!!

Also, color contacts are not supposed to be used for the whole day...only for little parts of the day. And... if you truly don't feel comfortable with them I suggest you should stop. If you get a headache, take a break :)

Usually it is a better thing to ask a professional about it before. And to avoid Internet for that. Remember that if you don't take good care of it, your eyes may get infected and yes, you could lose some of your sight. Not everyone is able to bear contact lenses - some people I know can't wear them because it makes their head ache; others deal perfectly with it.

Your eye doctor. I have them, but with prescription. If you have dark eyes, a deep blue or gray is cute. They won't be the exact color, as it isn't solid. I like the feel of Acuve, but Focus has better color.

hi you are more than welcome to email me and I will send instructions that may help with your lenses. I agree with some of the comments posted, make sure that the lenses you received are factory sealed and never wear them while sleeping. felibean@yahoo.com

trust me its not as difficult as people make it seem. Just get in on your index finger...I like to put a little bit of saline on my finger so it slides off...theres really nothing to it. if they were all harmful they wouldnt be on the market. So if i were you i'd just jump in n put it in my eye.
