Trouble with sound drivers for mac?

I have a mac book with Windows 7 and it is not recognising the sound card. I don't know the exact model number of the system. How can i identify my mac model and the sound card details or where can i get the correct drivers for the system.

    Honestly...buy a PC laptop if you wanted Windows 7 on a machine, omg!

    Revise on the differences between the operating systems made by Microsoft and Apple before installing the operating system on your laptop.

    Plus you should've checked to see if there was a sound card driver available before installation and back it up.

    Had the same problem when I installed W7. Its a realtek chipset, install the " High Definition Audio Codecs" driver from their site.
