Forgot name of song remember music video?

I forgot the name of a song, but I remember the music video had a guy who could see when everyone was going to die because they had a countdown over their head and he saved a woman right before her time was up at the end of the video, then he disappeared but now she had the ability to see when others would die. Can someone remember the name of the song? Thanks.
