Ladies: Any tips on how to match your skin tone to foundation ?

Please read all

=)

Of course you are tanner in the summer so .. this winter I've been finding it difficult to match my color. I've been using Neutrogenas Healthy Skin Enhancer (not really a foundation) all summer. When I try on the litter color that is 1 color under the one i've been using all summer, Its still too dark. But the color under that is WAY to light. I've even tried to mix the 2 of them and it still comes out the wrong color for me. I've tried blending into my jaw line and my neck how I usually do with no luck.

any advice ??!

Update:

litter = lighter

Update 2:

the makeup looks find indoors.. its when I go outside my face is a complete different color from my neck !

    If you go into a shop to test the and don not want to ask but test them yourself, rather than test them on the back of your hand you should try the inside of your arm as this is the skin Colour closest to the skin tone on your face.

    Try different brands and see which one suits you best.

    Well, it appears that Neutrogena doesn't make the right shade for you. You'll have to try another line. That's not uncommon.

    I usually go to a department store and have a cosmetics salesgirl check shades on my jawline. It's helpful to get an objective opinion from someone who's used to assisting women when they try on make-up.

    nicely Im not darkish skinned yet considered one of my close acquaintances is and she or he makes use of covergirl Queen series and thats made especially for african human beings. For uneven pores and skin tones i propose which you get a concealer that fits the founation and use it to even out thier complexion with the aid of putting it over lighter spots...
