how can we mix essential oil (attar) with water?

    You need to use an emulsifier. The most popular emulsifiers for oil and water are either scent-free soaps or egg yolks.

    Normally, you'd mix attar with another oil. Grapeseed oil is a common carrier oil, because it is odourless.
