why we get sweating during working?
When doing some mechanical we get sweat
Give a clear explanation

sweat keeps you from overheating, if you are a human then you are a mammal. thats how mammals work.
heat transfers to the bed unless your bed has a black hole in it then the heat probably would go there.

I answered this question above also, but in haste I forgot to answer the second part of the question so, now i AM ANSWERING THIS PART FROM MY FRIEND'S id.
THE ABOVE @P+ (JUST FOR Y! answers) is me only.
When you sleep there is sudden loss of heat due to temperature gradient or temperature difference between body and bed, quilt.
Thus sudden heat loss makes you cool and bed becomes warmer, now your body starts working (shivering) a kind of mechanical work to generate kinetic energy which changes to heat.
Now as soon as the temperature difference between you and the bed quilt and bed sheet reduces the heat flow (from you to the bed) also reduces and you feel warmer.
Now gradually the bed is at same temperature as you are on and thus the shivering also stops and the heat flow also stops, HENCE THE BODY FEELS RELAXED AND THUS SLEEP IS INDUCED.
Now when you get up u see the bed is hot.
Easy dude,
.
When we work hard the body cells perform fast motion and vibrations thus increasing the energy of the molecules and producing the HEAT IN THE BODY.
As a engine works and get heated too.
This is the result of the regulatory mechanism found in body that we release the sweat.
The sweat accumulate on the skin and thus evaporate, due to which the humidity increases and the temperature around the skin drops down THUS REDUCING THE HEATING EFFECT OF WORK.
Like we feel cold after taking the bath due to evaporation of water around us and thus lowering the temperature in that are.
" SWEATING IS TO REGULATE THE BODY TEMPERATURE DUE TO OVERHEATING ".
As humans are warm blooded and have capacity to regulate temperature of body & blood.
Dogs keep their tongue out when they run to evaporate the saliva & thus cool the body and reduce heat. it is called panting of dogs.
Elephants move their ears to reduce heat.
Buffalo sit in mud and thus the water in the mud evaporates from their skin surface to reduce heat.
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Was it fun or study tell tell.
This is the actual process ok

Sweating is the body’s natural way of cooling us down. Although it may feel as if the sweat or perspiration is making us hotter, especially on warm days, without sweat, we would not be able to tolerate the heat our bodies would produce.
We sweat in order to keep the body at its normal temperature, which is 98.6° Fahrenheit (37° Celsius). If we lost this bodily function we could suffer from heatstroke in hot weather.

working increases the temperature of the body and it tries to cool it down to the normal temperature by the means of sweating.
of course it is the transfer of heat to the bed.

when we are working our body becomes heat due to our mechanical work,to maintain our body to normal temperature ,our body cools it by producing sweat over the body
