Safe hotels near Port of Miami?
Going on a cruise, and we need a hotel that is a decent price for 1 night. We have 13 people travelling and we only need a place to sleep as we are getting to Miami, crashing and going on a cruise the next morning. Last time we stayed at a hotel across from a strip joint (we could see it from the back of the hotel) and we would rather stay somewhere nicer.

The Entrance to the Port of Miami is about 5th St & Biscayne Blvd. The area around it is one of Miami's most popular areas for tourists, & includes bayside Marketplace with its numerous restaurants & shops.
