child support payments?
is it me or is it wrong that the mother of my child is getting my support check, yet my child doesn't live in the same house as her?? The worker has knowledge of this, due to her approving this move to a non-relative, not contacting me at all, with checks and balances cleared in new house by her. what gives?? yet still allows the mom to get the money, and she gives NOTHING to the house my daughter lives. WTF. this is in Bartlesville Oklahoma, and I live in California. Oh before I forget, they gave the mother custody WITHOUT SERVING ME ANYTHING, then the next day finds me for the paternity test request orders?? something screwy in denmark or it just me????
to clear up some of the question asked, the mother has always neglected my child(she loks like me) and, her little brother was recently sodimzed by mom's 2nd boyfriend, he got caught y my daughter, got arrested, and get this child is returned to the mother. Daughter left at that time.
have no order of visitation, she violates all of the current orders on her other children, she gets evicted intentionally when I find where they are( making it hard to serve papers. I have n addresses. She uses everyone who she can control, she has 9 restraining orders in the last 3 years. she is the poster child for welfare corruption at it's thickest point.

File a motion to modify the child support, and a motion for change of custody. to learn how:

It is not just in Denmark my brother in arms, just another child support related incident, and unless you have money to fight it, nothing will change!! States make big money of the interest paid through them for child support, so they will do nothing and it is even harder to find a lawyer willing to do battle with the state run racket!!! What is going on with you, that your child was given to a non relative before you or your parents? You should make some serious inquires about what is going on with your flesh and blood sir!!! If she is unable or unwilling to care for the child, and had to give it to another, there has to be a reason, look it to it, if you really care about the child, not the money your losing!!! It is hard brother, but we made our beds and we damn sure have to lie in it, by hook or crook!!!! I pay 1300.00 a month for two, and have them every weekend, all summer and school breaks, that in most courts eyes is joint custody, yet I pay the 1300.00 every month!!!!

The person with whom you child is living should be compensated. You need to talk with an attorney. You can contest custody.*
