Absolutely fine - ask my dogs who eat rabbit all the time (fur and all!)

Seriously, as long as they are raw, most bones are fine for dogs, including chicken bones - it's part of a dog's natural diet.

Cooking makes bones brittle and they snap off into sharp edged pieces which is what makes them dangerous.

Any cooked bones are bad for dogs. I wouldn't feed any bones to dogs.
