HOW TO GET BAGGED COCONUT BACK TO BEING MOIST?
I have a few recipes I want to try (macaroons & coconut cake) and I have alot of coconut that are in bags, but it has gone dry. Is there any way I can get it moist again, or can i just use it in the recipes dry and hope that it will draw the moisture from the eggs & milk that are in the recipes? Thank you for your help.

put a little water in it and next time seal your bag tightly and store it in your fridge instead of your pantry

Add some extra milk in your recipe, and let it sit for a little while before baking. Give the dry coconut time to absorb the extra moisture.

I keep mine in the freezer and it stays moist. Maybe you could buy some coconut milk in a can in the store and pour a little bit on it to give it some flavor and moisture. They sell it in the grocery stores.
