Well graphics card is consuming all of the power. When motherboard wants to start, it won't get enough power and will not work. The best way to fix it is to buy a new PSU

    non-gamer-400 Watts

    gamer(high-end CPU, RAM) - 500-800 Watts

I would check your power supply. Make sure it has enough amps to power up the graphic card. A large number of cards now require a lot of power and there are too many PSU do not supply enough. But check and see if it can display anything like BIOS, boot up screen, etc.

Sadly you need a new power supply. The graphics card is prob pushing the computer over 240v. Go to tigerdirect.com and look up something around 400w instead should solve the problem.

450W is a sturdy common PSU for a stable common place of work computing gadget, yet as you enhance the demands, you are going to have some hassle. i could easily recommend in getting a sparkling potential supply. in case you have a working laptop or computing gadget case with an eternal potential supply, then you're going to ought to get a sparkling case. seek for a case that the two has no potential supply (and purely purchase the PSU seperately), or one that has a minimum of 550W to be secure.
