Calculate the resistance of one resistor in a wheatstone bridge circuit?

A Wheatstone circuit comprising of 5 resistors each 10 ohms, since there is no current within the circuit (because there is no supply attached) wouldn't the Resistance in one resistor be 10 ohms?

    Correct. Be careful: resistance is not a function of current. the answer is 10 ohms whether you have a source attached or not.

    BTW, this is a really dumb question: who gave it to you?
